Description:
The vibration knife cutting machine consists of a cutting bed, felt, adsorption device, control system, gantry, knife bar and knife head. When cutting materials, put the materials on the cutting bed, the adsorption device starts to work, fix the materials, and the tool selects the vibration knife (the vibration knife cutting machine can replace various types of knife heads to adapt to a wider range of materials) and then the control system starts to control the cutting according to the shape. When the vibration knife cuts, it vibrates up and down, and vibrates tens of thousands of times per minute, which is similar to the principle of a saw blade, but there are no saw teeth and no powder is produced (except for some special materials).

According to different processing tasks and material types,tool heads with different functions can be easily replaced or added, such as vibrating knives, circular knives, pneumatic knives,electric knives, bevel cutting knives, V punches, round punches, etc.
