Automatic Feeding Laser Cutting Machine
1. High precision: Since laser processing is based on precise control, extremely high precision can be achieved, especially in small sizes and details
2. High efficiency: Compared with traditional processing methods, laser processing has higher production efficiency, especially in batch processing and production.
3. Easy to automate: Since laser processing can be automated, it can save time and labor costs and reduce human errors.
4. No thermal effect: Compared with traditional processing methods, laser processing does not produce thermal effects, so it will not have a thermal impact on the material, thus ensuring the integrity and quality of the material.
5. Applicable to a variety of materials: Laser processing can be applied to many different types of materials, including metals, non-metals, composite materials, etc.
The laser beam adopts two methods: direct and guided. The laser can rotate, tilt, move up and down, left and right, etc., and can process the vertical surface of the workpiece and other complex workpiece surfaces; and the direct drive has no idle travel and high precision. Using a machine to move or flip the parts under the beam in a multi-axis manner can process some parts that are difficult to process using traditional methods.
The laser head can move freely up and down, left and right, and the workpiece can remain fixed during processing. Complex workpieces can still be processed, and parts larger than the axis stroke can be processed as long as the mobile rotary table is used. The laser beam adopts automatic focusing control. The linear axis of the laser system can be positioned along the optical axis or any axis to keep the beam focused; the focus position is predictable and the stroke is controllable.
Application
Lasers are widely used in flexible materials in many fields. In the textile industry, laser cutting can accurately process textiles of various materials, such as silk, nylon, leather, neoprene, polyester and cotton, etc. Whether used for clothing or household items, high-quality cutting and stitching can be achieved. In the rubber products industry, laser cutting can be used to cut sealing rings, rubber gaskets, etc., to improve product accuracy and quality. In the plastic products industry, laser cutting can be used for cutting plastic sheets, pipes, molds, etc. In addition, laser cutting of flexible materials can also be used in automotive interior parts, electronic products, medical equipment and other fields.
